We will have 4 ft x 8 ft double-sided tack boards for poster display. Each tack board will hold four posters (two on each side), as shown in the picture below.
Poster Printing and Logistics
- We have negotiated an optional printing service to help you with poster printing so you do not have to worry about printing and transporting your poster. If you want to use this service, please fill out the poster printing form. If you choose not to use this service, you should bring your printed poster on Day 3 of the event.
- Poster spaces will be marked by your full name to easily identify your poster location. You will locate your spot and hang your poster during the event’s lunch break on Day 3.
- Thumbtack pins will be provided to hang posters.
