NSF AERPAW Fall 2021 Event will be held on November 9-10 at the Main Campus of North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC. The event schedule includes a tour of the AERPAW experimentation areas, drone flight and software defined radio experiment demo (weather conditions permitting), three panel sessions that will discuss how AERPAW can be used for advanced wireless and drone experimentation, hands on training sessions, poster sessions, and a 6GNC meeting.

Registration: The registration for the event is free but required for on-site or online attendance. The number of attendees in each of the hands-on training sessions will be capped, and hence the attendees are required to express whether they are interested to join one of the hands-on training sessions while filling out the registration form. If the attendees are selected to join one of the training sessions, they will be notified by the organizers prior to November 5, 2021, along with the specific training session that they are scheduled to attend. Further details about the hands on training will be provided in the future through this website. While the AERPAW Fall 2021 Event will be held on-site at NC State University, portions of the program will be accessible in real-time to the registered attendees. All the registered off-site attendees will be notified with the live stream link of the event prior to the event date.

6GNC Meeting: The program on November 10th includes a 6GNC meeting that will be held in parallel to the first training session. The 6GNC meeting is organized by Robert W. Heath and Nuria Gonzalez-Prelcic, and it will involve participation by industry and academics with presentations centered around 6G research and development. Further details of the 6GNC Meeting will be announced from this website.

Poster Sessions: On the afternoon of November 10th, there will be two poster sessions that will include solicited poster presentations by interested attendees from industry, academia, and government. The posters are expected to be of relevance to AERPAW, and should include research results in the areas of advanced wireless and drones. Posters that discuss future potential experiments on AERPAW are highly encouraged. Participants who are interested to present a poster can submit a title and an abstract here. Poster submission window will close on October 29, 2021 (Extended) , and the authors of the selected posters will be notified by the organizers on November 1, 2021.
